How to preserve

If consumed within 24-48 hours from production, it should keep it always immersed in its preserving liquid until ready to eat it. it's preferable to store it in a cool place or in the refrigerator (on very hot days). In this case it is recommended to pull the product out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to serve it at room temperature and to return it the full flavor.
