Bufallo Mozzarella's story

The history of this wonderful cheese is closely linked to the introduction of the first buffalos in Italy. The most likely hypothesis is that they were the Arabs to introduce these extraordinary animals in Sicily, and only around the year 1000 aC, by the will of the Norman kings, began to breed them.
